Inc. announces a new "stick-built" division. Due to the many requests
of customers for custom roof-off additions and garages, Savoie Modular
started a crew for stick-built projects. To date, we've completed 3
roof-off additions (with bonus rooms over, garage and breeze-way).

center to open Spring 2005
Spring 2005 - Savoie Modular Homes,
Inc. will be opening its design center in Boylston, Massachusetts in the
Spring of 2005. The design center will offer you the opportunity to browse
the various items that you could have in your own home! As you sit with
your designated sales representative, you will be able to view the upgrades
for kitchen, bath, etc. and choose them as you see them. It makes your home
purchase with Savoie Modular Homes, Inc. even easier!

Division
New
set division to open Winter
2004/2005
Winter 2004/2005 - Savoie Modular Homes,
Inc. has opened a new division for setting and constructing modular homes.
There was a niche to be filled for high quality set crews, and Savoie
Modular knew that we could fill that position. We have begun to set homes
for some of many modular companies through-out the New England region such
as: Avis, Customized Structures, Inc., Manorwood, Pengrove Building
Systems, ProBuilt Homes and Ritz-Craft Corp.
Due to our high commitment to quality, we
have been able to expand to meet the needs of other builder/dealers as well! |

Legacy Series Homes
Ritz-Craft introduces the Legacy Series
The Legacy Series offers larger square
footage plans and higher standard specifications such as 9-foot ceilings, 42
inch overhead cabinets, 3 1/2" case and 5 1/4" base moldings, fiberglass
exterior doors and 30 year architectural shingles to name a few. Ranches are
available from 1,703 to 2,218 square feet. There is also a 2,069 square
foot cape with front porch, and two-stories - sizes from 2,610 to 3,784
square feet.

New Cape
Ritz-Craft unveils new 4 section cape cod
October 2003 -- Ritz-Craft unveiled a
new innovative finished Cape Cod series of homes in May of 2002. The modular
housing market has been redefined by this new Cape Cod with a finished
second floor. Ritz-Craft's 4-section finished modular Cape Cod is set
similar to a two-story home. The second floor is finished with painted
drywall, electric, plumbing fixtures, floor coverings, doors and trim. For

32' Wide Models
Ritz-Craft to offer 32' wide homes
Fall - 2004
-- Ritz-Craft has released its new 32' wide
home! In the past, due to state regulations, a 27'4" home was the maximum
width of a modular home. A new turn of events has allowed the release of a
32' wide home!
