We're definitely not talking burgers here, but we are
committed to providing your home, your way. We do offer a
Turn-Key service, but know that many customers now prefer to do a
lot of the work themselves to keep costs low. We are
willing to work with you and let you build your home, your way!
- Turn-Key Service (we do all the work and
hand you the keys when its done! - Modular OR
stick-built!)
- Set and side only (SMH, Inc. will set,
side and weather-tite the home - the rest is up to you.)
- Choose from the turn-key quote the items that you would like to
complete yourself
- Frame only - we're your full service
contractor. If your choice is stick built, we can frame
out your home or garage, and you can do the rest.

Services

Because we
tailor to each customer's individual needs, we also are aware that
some of you prefer to do your own work. We can also provide you with
a price for a "Set and Side" service. You would act as your own
General Contractor! Savoie Modular will set your house, side it,
and make it weather tight. Then you're free to do the rest!

"Turn-Key" service. We pride ourselves in the service that we
provide to our customers. When a price is given by one of our
representatives, its a "key-in-hand" price. We take care of all of
the necessities to get your home finished - from excavation and
foundation, plumbing and electrical - there's no running around
trying to find your own sub-contractors. We have spent years
selecting the finest to finish your home. Our price is start to
finish - no hidden costs.
